Type 1. Repair Packer; carry out repairs on curved parts of the pipeline at an angle less than 45 degrees. This type of design and quality packer material provides a smooth surface of the repaired pipe without tubercles.
Type 2. Type 2 packer is suitable for angle over 45 degree areas so it is more stable when the packer is inserted into the repair area. In this type of packer design it must be used with the flexible thrust road which is placed inside the back face of the bendy packer.
