Oval profiles are not only manufactured as plugs but also as check and bypass plugs. In addition to the filling connector, the plugs are optionally provided with one or two C connectors. In addition to the sealing function, they are also suitable for, among other things:
Due to their flexibility, oval profile plugs can be inserted through the well into the pipe. Check and bypass plugs are supplied in two models:
1.- Test model provided with fixed, blind couplings and floating ventilation hose.
2.- Basic model, it has optionally one or two steps with external thread connector.
Advantage:
Large fill diameter facilitates fast filling and emptying
Fully ductile
Easy introduction into the well
Very ductile material, therefore good adaptation to the oval profile
Patented, seamless, stretchable rubber coating
Security:
Tear-resistant aramid fabric cover and floor
Abrasion resistant
By operating overpressure of 1.0 bar (14.5 psi) a back pressure of 0.5 bar (7.25 psi) is achieved
1.5 bar (21.75 psi) oval profile check plugs can cover two tube sizes simultaneously unlike 1.0 bar (14.5 psi).
They are also characterized by their compact construction and are easy to handle.
Check plugs can also be used as bypass plugs. A further advantage is the time savings since, unlike conventional sealing discs, no mounting is required in the well. The smooth surface is a guarantee for permanent quality during pipe remediation
Advantage:
Folding cushion
Great ductility
Long life
Also available in other materials, for example CR
Handy and light
Security:
Possible back pressure of 0.5 bar (7.25 psi)
Safety valve incorporated in the control device to prevent inadvertent overfilling.
