The RD312 locates missing or hidden metal casings in the casing. It is lightweight and easy to use. Gain can be manual or automatic. Position is indicated by a variable tone, the highest tone indicating maximum response to the target. It is solidly constructed of ABS and high impact aluminum and is waterproof to IP54. It weighs 1 kg and is easy to use, quickly locating missing manholes and valve manholes in the street. The RD312 will operate normally for 30 hours on one 9v alkaline battery.
