Thanks to its modern technology and different measurement procedures, the ORTOMAT-MT C water leak detection system offers the possibility of detecting water leaks at an early stage. This detection allows us to quickly and efficiently check and search for leaks in pressure pipes, both permanently and temporarily. Using correlation technology, it is possible to locate a leak between 2 loggers with maximum precision. As with the Ortomat system, the user receives simple but relevant information about the leak. Measurement data is transferred in a fully automated format and is available online.
ORTOMAT-MTC permanently records the noise structure at the measurement point (24h). To do this, the hours of the day when the least amount of water is consumed are specially controlled. Thanks to its extremely sensitive vibration sensor, the device detects the most imperceptible leak noises in the pipe network. In addition to noise levels, correlatable audio files are also recorded to obtain the exact location of possible leaks. The logger offers Hydro ALERT control, to quickly detect water intakes in hydrants.
The data logger offers fully automated communication with the web server. Detected leaks are reported immediately. The logger does not require the installation of networks or wireless repeaters to transmit measurement data. ORTOMAT-MTC can work using the excellent broadband mobile phone networks available. Loggers do not need to be operated in the field. Configuration and firmware updates are completely automated by programming Over the Air (OTA/FOTA) causing them to be distributed through the server. The fully automated system allows settings and updates to be sent centrally via server via Over the Air (OTA/FOTA) programming. With this, system maintenance is reduced to a minimum.
